Mobile Dockside Vessel Service Preparation

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR VESSEL FOR A MOBILE SERVICE VISIT

1. ACCESS AUTHORIZATION

  - Please ensure your marina security, gate keeper, or condo association has cleared our technical service vehicle and crew for on-site

entry prior to our arrival time.

2. CLEAR WORKSPACE ENVIRONMENT

  - Ensure the area around your transom or swim platform is clear of water toys, canvas storage covers, and recreational gear so our

team can easily access the engine cowlings.

3. POWER & KEYS

  - Please leave the ignition keys aboard the vessel or arrange access with our dispatch team. Technicians require key access to track accurate dashboard hours, cycle fuel system lines, and execute diagnostic computer link scans.

4. -Please answer text and or Email promptly.
